本報告書は、日本財団の2014年度助成事業「船舶関係諸基準に関する調査研究」の一環として、GHG削減基準プロジェクトにおいて実施した「船舶からのGHG排出抑制に関する基準の整備に関する調査研究」の成果をとりまとめたものである。 本プロジェクトではIMO（国際海事機関）での審議に関する検討として、船舶からのGHG排出抑制に関するEEDI規制、燃費報告制度（MRV制度）等の調査研究を行った。 目 次 1. はじめに（調査研究の背景・目的） 1.1 背景及び目的 1.2 調査研究の内容 2.
